Don't Make My Mistake: I Lost $20,000 to AI Agency Mastermind

I bit the bullet and invested in AI Agency Mastermind back in March 2025. Twenty grand. That's what I handed over through their “special one-time offer“ payment plan. Not a small sum by any stretch of the imagination. The sales webinar painted this beautiful picture of a done-for-you service that would transform my business. Fast forward six months, and I'm still waiting for that transformation to begin. From March through September 2025, I carefully tracked every interaction—or rather, every missed interaction—with Wyatt and Carson. The gap between what was promised and what was delivered wasn't just disappointing; it was a canyon.

Remember those “daily coaching calls“ they raved about? Well, they became something of a unicorn sighting. Throughout April 2025, only 3 materialized out of the promised 22 weekday sessions. May was even worse—just 2 calls. By June, even the notifications had vanished into thin air.

The Discord support? Practically a ghost town. Questions I posted sat there gathering digital dust. On April 3rd, I asked something specific about client onboarding. Seventeen days of silence followed, broken only after I sent multiple follow-up messages. After a few months, I started noticing a pattern—vague, cookie-cutter responses that never actually addressed anyone's specific questions. It felt less like a community and more like shouting into an empty room.

Accountability? There wasn't any. Not once in six months did either Wyatt or Carson reach out proactively to check how I was doing. Those “weekly accountability check-ins“ from the sales pitch? Complete vapor.

Their “exclusive, proprietary training“ turned out to be anything but. The content I received was textbook stuff you could find for free with a quick Google search. Their “advanced AI prompting techniques“ module? Verbatim information from free articles published back in 2023.

The supposed “advanced strategies and insider knowledge“ were entry-level at best. Their much-touted “secret client acquisition method“ was just basic cold outreach templates with nothing innovative about them.

Despite claims of “constantly updated material,“ the resources were embarrassingly outdated. Their AI tool recommendations still listed services that had been discontinued months before I even purchased the program in March 2025.

Communication became a one-way street. In July 2025, I sent detailed emails on the 12th, 18th, and 25th, seeking implementation help. Not a peep in response. August brought more of the same when I needed troubleshooting assistance with client deliverables. Multiple outreach attempts via Discord and email vanished into the void—so much for “24/7 support.“

By September, I was formally requesting the accountability they had promised. My September 3rd message might as well have been written in invisible ink.

The stark contrast? When I was still a prospect with money to spend, their responses came within hours—complete with personalized video messages.

After spending more time in their Discord, I realized something wasn't adding up with the user engagement. Real conversations never developed. The same generic responses kept appearing in different threads.

The final tally of my $20,000 investment: sporadic, often-cancelled calls; leadership that disappeared after the sale; generic materials available elsewhere for free; a community that felt artificial; zero accountability; and none of the promised “done-for-you“ services that had been so prominently featured in their marketing.

When I tried addressing these issues in October 2025, I couldn't even find a registered business entity for them. Their only footprint seemed to be marketing emails.

By November 2025, when I attempted to request a refund, I discovered the payment processors were no longer working with the program, making standard refund channels virtually inaccessible.
