How AI Agency Mastermind's False Promises Cost Me $20

I took the plunge and invested in the AI Agency Mastermind community and course back on April 17, 2025. I'd spent hours watching their webinars – slick, persuasive stuff that really spoke to me. Twenty thousand dollars later, I was all in on their promise of a robust, comprehensive system for building my business, complete with daily support whenever I needed it.

Reality hit fast, and it hit hard. The Discord channel, supposedly our lifeline to expert guidance, felt like shouting into an empty room. I remember specifically on May 3rd when I posted a detailed question about client acquisition strategies – something I was genuinely stuck on – and watched days turn into weeks without a single response. Eighteen days of silence. When I finally followed up on May 21st, that message disappeared into the void too. This wasn't an isolated incident; between late April and September, at least seven of my questions went completely unanswered. I kept screenshots with timestamps of each one – not because I'm paranoid, but because the pattern became so obvious I needed to document it.

The “24/7 Discord support from experienced mentors“ promised on their sales page? Nowhere to be found. After dropping $20K, that silence was more than disappointing – it was maddening.

The coaching calls were another letdown. Between May and August, they canceled 16 scheduled sessions, sometimes just hours before we were supposed to connect. When we did manage to have calls, the content was painfully basic – stuff you could find on any free YouTube channel with a quick search.

The community itself felt… off. During my six months there, I noticed plenty of profiles posting generic comments at strange hours, but when I tried to engage these “members“ directly? Nothing. No response. No real interaction. The thriving network they'd promised just wasn't there.

I tried reaching out to Wyatt and Carson directly multiple times – specific emails on June 5th, July 12th, and August 23rd – but received nothing back. In early September, I finally connected with someone who promised to “escalate my concerns,“ but nothing changed. By October, when I attempted to request a refund, I discovered they'd apparently been suspended from their payment processor, leaving me with no clear path to recover my investment.
