I could not locate any verifiable phone number or business address for AI Agency Mastermind after purchasing their done for you “Top tier service package“ on 15/04/25 for $20,000 after signing a contract. Upon signing up, I immediately became concerned when I noticed their confirmation emails and website lacked any physical address or direct contact number. I spent over two weeks searching through their materials, website footers, legal documents, and even conducting business registry searches - all to no avail. This made them completely unreachable when issues arose… not great.

I've tried reaching out through their Discord and email support for six straight months without a single response, which is, frankly, unacceptable for such a significant investment.
