Victim Story #26
AI Agency Mastermind Review: I Paid $19,997 and Got Nothing
I took the plunge and purchased the AI Agency Mastermind done-for-you package back on May 17, 2025. After sitting through one of their webinars, I was genuinely excited by their promises of comprehensive support and guidance to build my own AI agency. The $19,997 price tag wasn't easy to swallow, but I believed in the investment.
Reality hit hard when it came to accountability. Nearly $20K poorer, I expected those daily coaching calls they'd advertised so confidently. Within the first month alone, 8 out of 12 scheduled calls vanished with barely any notice. And when calls actually happened? They'd wrap up in 20-30 minutes instead of the promised hour. My specific questions about implementation were typically met with frustratingly vague responses.
Help seemed like a one-way street. Between June and September 2025, I sent 17 emails to both Wyatt and Carson asking for assistance with the client acquisition strategies they'd promised would transform my business. Radio silence. Not one response. I also posted 24 questions in the Discord “support“ channel. Again, nothing from the leadership team.
The post-payment experience felt like being stranded in a desert. Their so-called “proprietary“ training materials turned out to be painfully basic information that's readily available elsewhere without cost. Their “Advanced AI Prompt Engineering Module,“ for example, contained content practically identical to material in a popular free YouTube course I'd watched months earlier. Despite AI technology evolving at breakneck speed during this period, materials supposedly “constantly updated“ showed zero signs of updates since January 1, 2025.
Something felt off about the Discord community. Active discussions would mysteriously appear with 20+ messages between users I'd never seen participate before, then completely disappear for days on end. When I sent direct messages to these “members,“ my inquiries disappeared into the void, making me seriously question whether I was interacting with real people.
On October 3, 2025, I requested a refund, citing what I saw as clear failures to deliver on promised support and materials. That's when I discovered they'd been removed from both Whop.com and Stripe. A Stripe representative told me via email they couldn't process my refund because the company had been suspended from their platform due to high numbers of refund requests.
Since October 2025, I've sent 9 direct messages to both Wyatt and Carson seeking some kind of resolution. No response. Despite extensive research, I haven't been able to find a legitimate legal entity for the business, which has made it extremely difficult to pursue further remedies.
