I Invested $20,000 in AI Agency Mastermind — Complete Disaster

I sent multiple messages on Discord and emails to Wyatt and Carson of AI Agency Mastermind when I encountered issues after purchasing their program on Apr 15, 2025, for a staggering $20,000. God, that's a lot of money. I documented my outreach extensively - specifically, I sent 14 Discord messages and 8 emails over a six-month period from Apr through Oct 2025, attaching screenshots of errors in their materials and specific questions about implementing their strategies. The silence was deafening. I never got a single reply to any of these communications. Not even a “we'll get back to you“ or an automated response. The complete lack of response after paying such a large sum is deeply disappointing. I've retained all these unanswered messages as documentation of my experience. Each one sits in my inbox like a reminder of my frustration. In my opinion, this falls well below reasonable customer service standards, especially after charging premium prices.

Their promised daily coaching calls were consistently problematic in my experience. Of the 28 scheduled calls during my first month of membership, 17 were canceled without notice, 6 were rescheduled with less than an hour's notice (once while I was literally preparing to join), and the 5 that did occur featured what seemed to be participants with generic questions. “How do I start an AI agency?“ “What's prompt engineering?“ Basic stuff. When I joined the Discord community that was heavily promoted as a value-add, I found the engagement concerning. Posts received immediate generic responses that didn't actually address specific questions, and member profiles displayed activity patterns that seemed unusual to me.

When I looked into my options regarding the unfulfilled promises, I could not locate a registered business entity in any state database. I searched everywhere. The payment was processed through Stripe initially, but when I contacted Stripe in Aug 2025 for help with a refund, I received a message stating they had suspended AI Agency Mastermind's account due to “violation of terms and excessive refund requests.“ I have this correspondence saved. Similarly, when I contacted Whop.com in Sep 2025, I was informed they were no longer hosting the program. Another dead end.

The content they provided as “exclusive proprietary training“ appeared to be identical to freely available YouTube tutorials and public blog posts. Their “advanced strategies“ consisted of basic information about prompt engineering that can be found in numerous free resources. Despite promises of “constant updates,“ the most recent material in their portal was dated Dec 2024, months before my Apr 2025 purchase. Nothing new had been added since I joined.
