Victim Story #42
I Lost $20,000 to the AI Agency Mastermind — My Story
I've been banging my head against the wall trying to track down AI Agency Mastermind since dropping $20,000 on their program back in April 2025. No phone number. No physical address. Nothing. I spent countless late nights combing through their website, sifting through every email they sent, and scrutinizing the contract documents line by line. All I could find was a support email that might as well be a black hole – messages go in, nothing comes out. Out of desperation, I even conducted business registry searches across multiple states. Zilch. Nada. It's like they exist in some digital limbo, conveniently unreachable now that they have my hard-earned money.
The daily coaching calls? What a joke. Between April and October 2025, I kept a detailed log of their no-shows: 17 cancellations without so much as a heads-up, and 12 last-minute reschedulings that wreaked havoc on my calendar. When Wyatt or Carson actually showed up, the promised hour-long sessions shriveled into 15-20 minute speed-runs. They'd blast through material, checking boxes rather than providing substance, and whenever I tried asking specific questions about my situation? Sudden technical issues or “we'll cover that next time“ became their standard responses.
That “active and supportive“ Discord community turned out to be a ghost town with furniture. My technical questions sat there gathering digital dust for 2-3 weeks straight. Something felt off about the whole setup – I started noticing suspiciously similar writing patterns from supposedly different users. Many profile pictures had that tell-tale AI-generated look – perfect symmetry, weird backgrounds, odd ear shapes. When I tracked actual engagement over time, only about 8-10 users consistently participated among the hundreds listed as members.
Their “exclusive, proprietary training“ was essentially YouTube content in expensive packaging. The “advanced AI prompt engineering module“ contained passages I swear I'd read word-for-word in free Medium articles. Despite paying premium prices in April 2025, the materials hadn't been updated since December 2024. Many tutorials referenced outdated AI tools that returned error messages when I tried using them.
Communication was non-existent. I documented every attempt to reach them: 14 emails to support and 27 direct Discord messages between April and October 2025. Not a single reply. Yet when curiosity got the better of me and I created a fresh email address to pose as a potential customer? Their response came within hours, packed with promises of personalized support and hands-on guidance.
By August 2025, I was desperate enough to contact payment platforms directly. Representatives from both Whop and Stripe confirmed what I was beginning to suspect – AI Agency Mastermind had been removed from their platforms due to excessive refund requests and service complaints.
Six months. Twenty thousand dollars. Countless hours wasted. I've tried every avenue to extract some value from this investment, but the disappointment runs deep. Based on what I've personally experienced, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for AI education and training.
