$1,176 Gone: My Experience with AI Agency Mastermind

I pulled the trigger on the AI Agency Mastermind program back on April 12th, 2025. After sitting through a handful of really compelling webinars, I was sold on their promises of daily coaching, a bustling community, and what they called “proprietary training.“ Twenty thousand dollars. That's what I handed over from my savings account. Hard-earned money that I now wish I could take back.

The so-called “group daily coaching calls“ were practically ghost towns. Between April 1st and August 31st, 2025, I showed up to 17 calls, eager to learn. Most times, I'd log in to find just 3 or 4 other faces on screen. On May 8th, it was just me and some junior team member I'd never seen before - not Carson or Wyatt who were supposed to be running the show. The worst part? Between April 20th and June 15th, they cancelled 11 calls with barely any notice - sometimes just an hour or two before we were supposed to meet. When I did manage to catch a “busier“ call, it felt like I'd crashed a private hangout. The same handful of people who clearly knew each other, chatting like old friends. I remember sitting through the June 28th call, watching five people discuss weekend barbecue plans for almost half the call before briefly touching on anything AI-related. I did the math one night - each actual coaching call I received cost me around $1,176. That stung.

The Discord community was just as bleak. I posted 27 questions over several months - thoughtful ones that took time to compose. Nineteen of them just sat there, collecting digital dust. The eight that did get responses took nearly a week on average, and not once did Carson or Wyatt themselves reply. Something odd started happening in May - I noticed many “active users“ seemed to follow scripts. They'd use the same phrases, identical typing patterns, and whenever I tried to engage directly, they'd vanish. It felt manufactured.

As for the training materials? They looked suspiciously familiar. That “proprietary prompt engineering framework“ they'd hyped up? It matched, almost word for word, free content I'd watched from “AI Explained“ on YouTube months earlier. Their “advanced strategies“ barely covered ChatGPT basics - stuff you'd learn in your first hour using the tool. They'd promised weekly updates, but after May 2nd, 2025, nothing new appeared. Even then, they were still talking about GPT-4 when GPT-5 had already launched.

I tried reaching out directly - 14 emails sent between May and September. Not a single reply. I sent 8 direct messages to both Wyatt and Carson on Discord. Silence. On July 15th, I sent a detailed message asking for accountability regarding the cancelled calls and outdated materials. Nothing came back.

By August, when I tried to get my money back, I discovered they'd been removed from both Whop.com and Stripe. The payment processor couldn't help - their account had been suspended. I've searched for any legitimate business entity connected to them, but they seem to have vanished. No business address. No phone number. Nothing.
