Victim Story #47
My $20,000 Nightmare with AI Agency Mastermind
I took the plunge and bought the AI Agency Mastermind program back on March 17th, 2025. It wasn't cheap—$20,000 is a serious chunk of change—but I was genuinely drawn in by their promises of daily coaching and what seemed like rock-solid support.
What a letdown those daily coaching calls turned out to be. Between April 1st and September 30th, 2025, I started keeping track of the disappointments. I sat at my desk, calendar open, waiting for calls that never happened 42 times. Another 37 times? Last-minute cancellations, often without so much as a heads-up text. I found myself staring at an empty Zoom screen more times than I care to admit, wasting hours I'll never get back, waiting for guidance that was supposedly the cornerstone of this program.
The Discord community was just as frustrating. It was marketed as this buzzing hive of collaboration, but in reality, it felt like shouting questions into an empty room. On April 23rd, I posted some fairly urgent technical questions about an AI implementation for a client—real, time-sensitive stuff—and watched tumbleweeds roll by for 16 days before getting any response. Between May and June, I was lucky if someone got back to me within 9-12 days. Most of the time, my questions just sat there, unacknowledged.
Then there were the “exclusive“ training materials. As I worked through them, something felt oddly familiar. Later, I stumbled across identical information freely available on YouTube and various blogs. Their supposedly advanced prompt engineering module? Pretty much a copy-paste from OpenAI's public documentation. And despite big talk about constant updates, the last revision timestamp read January 2025—two months before I even signed up—and stayed frozen there throughout my entire six-month ordeal.
Wyatt and Carson were definitely attentive during the sales process in early March. My pre-purchase questions got responses within hours. The moment my payment cleared? Radio silence. From April through September, I sent 14 increasingly desperate emails and 23 Discord messages asking for help with specific client implementations. Nothing. When I directly asked about the accountability coaching they'd prominently advertised, my messages might as well have vanished into thin air.
I later discovered they'd been removed from both Whop.com and Stripe payment platforms. When I reached out to these payment processors in October 2025 trying to get my money back, I was told that AI Agency Mastermind had been kicked off due to a flood of refund requests and service complaints. Apparently, I wasn't alone in my experience.
After half a year of trying every possible way to reach them, I believe this program completely failed to deliver on what was promised when I invested that substantial amount of money.
