I Invested $20,000 in AI Agency Mastermind — Complete Disaster

I took the plunge and invested $20,000 in AI Agency Mastermind back in March '25. The payment went through their processor smoothly enough, but that's where the smooth experience ended. After a couple of months of headaches and disappointments, I started digging into who exactly I'd given my money to in May '25.

What I found – or rather, didn't find – was troubling. I scoured business registries across multiple states, even hired an attorney to help, and reached out to their payment processors. Nothing. No registered business entity for AI Agency Mastermind anywhere. It's left me in this bizarre limbo – how do you get a refund from a company that seemingly doesn't legally exist?

The program itself? A letdown at every turn. The daily coaching calls that were supposed to be the backbone of the program barely happened. In April alone, 16 out of 22 scheduled calls vanished into thin air – cancelled or rescheduled with zero notice. And when we actually did have calls? Brief, empty conversations that wrapped up in 15-20 minutes instead of the promised full hour.

The Discord support was a ghost town for actual help. Between March and August, I posted 27 specific questions about implementing their strategies. Twenty-two of those questions echoed into nothing – complete silence. The other five? After waiting anywhere from 5 to 12 days, I got responses so generic they could have been copied from a template. Something else struck me as odd – the community had the same 6-8 accounts constantly posting suspiciously similar success stories, while dozens of other members never posted beyond their initial “hello.“

Their supposedly “exclusive and proprietary“ training content turned out to be basic information I could have found for free. Their “advanced AI prompt engineering module“ was literally identical to information freely available in OpenAI's documentation. And those “insider strategies“? Just outdated techniques from '23 repackaged as cutting-edge innovations.

I tried reaching out directly to Wyatt and Carson repeatedly. From April to September, I sent 14 emails and 23 Discord direct messages. Not a single meaningful response. Nothing. Their payment processor, Whop.com, confirmed to me in writing on July 2nd that they had removed AI Agency Mastermind from their platform due to multiple refund requests and policy violations.

Later, I discovered this wasn't an isolated incident. Multiple payment platforms had cut ties with them. Stripe even provided written confirmation on August 18th that they terminated services with AI Agency Mastermind specifically because of “unusually high chargeback rates and customer complaints.“

The whole experience has left me frustrated and $20,000 poorer. Without a legitimate business entity to pursue legally, I've hit dead end after dead end trying to recover my investment in what I personally found to be a misleading program.
