Victim Story #64
$20,000 Gone: My Experience with AI Agency Mastermind
I purchased the AI Agency Mastermind program back on March 5, 2025. I'd been watching their webinars for weeks - slick presentations that had me convinced about their “done-for-you“ services. Twenty thousand dollars. That's what I invested. Not a small sum by any stretch. Looking back now, I feel that familiar pang of regret when I think about it. The program simply didn't deliver what was promised in our contract, especially those comprehensive services they kept emphasizing. Despite all the talk about a turnkey solution, not a single component of the “done-for-you“ package materialized. Nothing.
By April 2025, I was trying to reach them about these issues. Emails sent into the void. Discord messages left on read. Even attempts through their payment processors hit dead ends. It was like hitting a brick wall - the moment they had my payment, the communication lines mysteriously evaporated.
Those daily coaching calls they prominently featured in their marketing? Rarely happened. Between March and August, I'd say about 75% of them were either canceled at the last minute or rescheduled without proper notice. I still remember May 7th vividly - cleared my entire work day for what they called an “important implementation call.“ That call never happened. No explanation. Nothing. Just silence and my empty calendar.
The Discord support was no better. I'd post specific technical questions about implementing their AI strategies only to watch them sit unanswered for weeks. On April 3rd, I asked a detailed question about their client acquisition framework. Twenty-three days later, I was still waiting. When responses finally did come, they were vague platitudes that didn't address my actual questions. And something else struck me about that Discord - many profiles seemed to post eerily generic responses, creating this facade of an active community that didn't match my actual experience at all.
They touted “exclusive, proprietary training,“ but what landed in my inbox was basically repackaged content similar to free YouTube resources. Their “advanced AI strategies“ module that I accessed on March 15th? Just basic prompt engineering information that matched tutorials anyone could find for free online. Despite constant promises about “regularly updated materials,“ the resources were outdated - referencing AI tools that had been discontinued months before and featuring incomplete modules perpetually labeled “coming soon“ that never materialized.
Whenever I needed implementation help, Wyatt and Carson were nowhere to be found. Between April and September 2025, I sent 14 emails and 27 Discord messages asking for assistance with specific challenges. No replies. The only time they showed any responsiveness was during those early March sales conversations, when they'd reply within minutes to my pre-purchase questions.
After six frustrating months trying to extract some value from this program, I requested a refund on September 10, 2025. That's when I discovered they were no longer on Whop.com or the Stripe platform. When I contacted these payment processors directly, their representatives informed me they had suspended AI Agency Mastermind.
Despite extensive searching, I haven't been able to find any legitimate legal entity associated with this business. No verifiable business address. No phone number. Nothing concrete. This makes it extremely difficult to resolve this situation and recover the $20,000 I paid for services that were promised but never delivered.
