$20,000 Down the Drain — My AI Agency Mastermind Experience
My personal experience with AI Agency Mastermind has been deeply disappointing and concerning. After dropping a hefty $20,000 on the program in March, 2025 (paid in full through their payment processor), I quickly found myself wondering what I'd gotten myself into.
Six months in, something just felt… off about the Discord community. The interactions seemed hollow. I started noticing strange patterns – people would respond with vague encouragement no matter what question was asked. “Keep going!“ “You've got this!“ “That's the right track!“ The writing styles across different profiles were eerily similar, and these supposedly “active users“ would all appear at the same scheduled times like clockwork. Real communities don't work that way.
I tried testing the waters by asking specific, technical questions that any expert in the field would naturally want to discuss. Nothing. Just more generic responses or complete silence. I spent countless hours trying to make meaningful connections with these “community members,“ but it felt like talking to ghosts – or worse, chatbots.
The daily coaching calls that had been a major selling point? Constantly vanishing from my calendar. Of the 24 calls scheduled in my first two months, a staggering 17 were cancelled with last-minute notices. “Something came up“ became a familiar refrain. When calls actually happened, they'd run for half the promised time and cover surface-level information I could've found in any free YouTube tutorial – not the advanced strategies I'd paid for.
Their “active“ Discord support was nowhere to be found. My questions sat unanswered for days, then weeks. Between April and August 2025, I meticulously documented over 30 technical questions that received zero response from anyone on the leadership team.
The accountability aspect? Complete fiction. I diligently completed their initial modules and submitted my work as instructed on April 10, May 5, and June 12, 2025. The feedback I received? Absolute silence. Once they had my payment, the leadership team seemed to vanish into thin air.
Their supposedly “exclusive, proprietary training“ turned out to be information I later found freely available online. I stumbled across nearly identical content on YouTube channels and random blog posts. Their “advanced strategies and insider knowledge“ were just basic concepts dressed up with flashy marketing language. Despite promises of regular updates with fresh material, the resources were outdated and incomplete – nothing newer than 2023.
Between April and September 2025, I sent 12 emails and 24 Discord messages desperately seeking support. Not a single response. My specific questions about implementing their strategies? Silence. My requests for the accountability they'd promised so convincingly during their sales pitch? Nothing. Yet when I was just a prospect with my wallet still closed, their responses had been immediate and full of promises.
Later, I discovered they'd been removed from multiple payment processors including Whop.com and Stripe, reportedly for misrepresenting their services. This explained why my refund attempts in August 2025 hit a brick wall. It's been an expensive lesson in caution – especially regarding online business programs with no verifiable business entity or physical address.
