The AI Agency Mastermind Took My $20,000, and Disappeared

I purchased the AI Agency Mastermind program on April 15, 2025, for a staggering $20,000, which I paid in full through their payment processor. God, that was a chunk of change—nearly wiped out my business startup fund. For $20,000, AI Agency Mastermind provided what I believe was zero value. The content appeared to be readily available on YouTube - I specifically found what seemed to be identical tutorials on prompt engineering and ChatGPT basics on several free YouTube channels including PromptGenius and AITutorials. I literally sat at my desk one night, coffee in hand, comparing their “exclusive“ videos side-by-side with YouTube tutorials. Eerily similar. The 'community' felt questionable to me with what appeared to be non-genuine participants - when I engaged in Discord conversations, I noticed the same generic responses from profiles with no social media presence, and conversations that seemed scripted rather than authentic. It felt like talking to echoes in an empty room. After my payment was processed, I experienced a complete lack of communication on Discord and email - my last 14 emails between April 20th and October 5th, 2025, went completely unanswered, and my Discord messages were read but never replied to. The blue “read“ checkmarks mocked me daily. I feel completely misled by this program.

The daily coaching calls that were promised in the sales pitch were frequently canceled or rescheduled. Between April and September 2025, only 7 of the promised 130+ daily calls actually occurred, with most cancellations coming less than an hour before scheduled time. I'd rearrange my entire workday, only to get a last-minute cancellation notification. The active Discord support they advertised was in my experience nonexistent - my specific questions about implementing their AI agency framework went unanswered for weeks, with my longest wait being 37 days with no response. I actually marked it on my calendar—37 days of silence.

The Discord community definitely felt artificial to me. During my six months in the program, I observed that the same 8-10 profiles would post enthusiastic but vague success stories without any verifiable details. “Just closed another $10K client!“ but never any specifics on how. When I privately messaged these “successful members,“ none responded, which strengthened my personal suspicion about the authenticity of the community.
