Victim Story #77
$20,000 Invested in AI Agency Mastermind — Zero Return
The stark contrast between how AI Agency Mastermind treated me as a prospect versus a customer left me genuinely stunned. On April 15, 2025, I bit the bullet and invested $20,000 in their program after weeks of being courted with persuasive emails and slick webinars promising personalized support. God, they were attentive before I paid! Every message I sent received responses within hours—not just generic replies, but personalized videos addressing my specific concerns and reassurances about their constant availability. Then, once my payment cleared, everything changed. My first post-purchase email sat untouched for 9 days before receiving a cookie-cutter response. After that? Complete silence for months on end.
During the sales process back in March 2025, Wyatt and Carson seemed like my new best friends. They'd send thoughtful voice messages and custom videos that directly tackled my business questions. “24/7 Discord support“ and “daily coaching“ were phrases they tossed around constantly. Fast forward to post-payment reality—my questions on Discord collected dust for weeks. I kept track: 37 separate questions between April and September 2025 went completely unanswered. When responses finally trickled in, they were obviously templated replies that completely missed addressing my actual concerns.
The whole experience felt like night and day from what was promised. Those daily coaching calls they prominently featured in their marketing? Consistently canceled or pushed back with barely any notice. Between April 15 and October 1, 2025, I watched as 83% of scheduled calls vanished from my calendar, often with notifications just 30 minutes before start time. During the rare calls that actually happened, I noticed the same 3-4 participants who never really engaged in meaningful discussion. It made me wonder if they were actual participants or just friends of the owners brought in to fill space.
Their promised “vibrant“ Discord community struck me as artificial. I couldn't help noticing most profiles had generic AI-generated avatars and suspiciously similar writing patterns. Their reported experiences were universally positive—a stark contrast to what I was living through. Technical questions I posted about implementing their strategies received no engagement from these “community members.“ Even more telling, questions from users who seemed legitimate also disappeared into the void.
The supposedly “exclusive, proprietary training“ turned out to be content I later stumbled across freely available online. Specific modules about prompt engineering and AI workflow automation contained identical information to free resources published months earlier. Their “advanced strategies“ were basically AI 101 concepts anyone could find through a quick Google search.
When I needed actual help implementing what they taught, Wyatt and Carson were nowhere to be found. Between May and October 2025, I sent 24 emails and 47 Discord messages asking for assistance with specific implementation challenges. Not a single one received any meaningful response. The “white glove support“ they had emphasized during sales calls simply didn't materialize for me.
After months of trying to secure a refund, I discovered they had been removed from both Whop.com and Stripe. When I reached out directly to these payment processors in September 2025, they informed me that AI Agency Mastermind had been suspended from their platforms, making it impossible to process my refund request.
Despite extensive searching, I haven't been able to locate any legitimate legal entity connected to their business. They operate without any verifiable business address or phone number that I could find, changing locations frequently and effectively making it impossible to pursue remedies for what I believe are clear violations of our contract.
