Victim Story #79
My Honest Review: I Lost $20,000 to AI Agency Mastermind
The AI Agency Mastermind's coaching calls were a huge disappointment, and I experienced this firsthand after purchasing their program for $20,000 in March, 2025. God, what a mistake that turned out to be. What was marketed as “daily coaching calls“ turned out to be constantly canceled or rescheduled without proper notice. Between April and June 2025, I documented 17 canceled calls, often with notifications coming just minutes before the scheduled time. I still remember sitting at my desk, coffee in hand, ready to go when my phone buzzed. For example, on April 23, 2025, a call was canceled 10 minutes before it was set to begin, with a vague explanation about “technical difficulties.“ This unpredictability made it impossible for me to plan my business strategy or rely on their guidance, completely negating the “daily“ aspect they prominently advertised on their sales page and during the enrollment call I had with Carson on March 10, 2025.
The Discord community was equally frustrating. I posted specific questions about implementing AI solutions for client onboarding on May 7, May 19, and June 2, 2025, and received no responses for weeks. Nothing but crickets. When responses finally came, they were superficial and unhelpful. The community itself seemed inactive—I noticed similar cookie-cutter responses appearing from different accounts, and many profiles had no history before joining this community. Several times, I attempted to connect with other members for collaboration, but received no responses. It felt like shouting into an empty room.
The training materials were marketed as “exclusive and proprietary,“ but after paying my $20,000, I found they were largely recycled content readily available online. The “advanced AI implementation strategies“ they promised were simply basic tutorials on using ChatGPT and Midjourney—information available on YouTube at no cost. I specifically compared their “AI Client Acquisition Framework“ module with free content online and found it was nearly identical to articles published months earlier on several marketing blogs. I couldn't believe my eyes.
The program claimed to offer “constantly updated materials,“ but despite significant developments in AI tools between March and September 2025, including major updates to GPT-4 and Claude 3, their resources remained completely unchanged. Not a single update. When I pointed this out in the Discord on July 15, 2025, my message received no response from the program leaders.
Accountability was non-existent. After the initial sales call, both Wyatt and Carson became virtually unreachable. I sent seven emails between April and August 2025 requesting support with implementing their strategies, and received no responses. I documented these unanswered communications, including follow-up emails sent on April 18, May 22, June 15, July 7, July 29, August 10, and August 31, 2025. Each time I hit send, I felt a little more foolish. When I attempted to escalate my concerns via their “priority support“ channel on Discord, which was explicitly promised during enrollment, I received no response.
On September 5, 2025, I requested a refund based on what I believe was a failure to provide the daily coaching calls and support that had been promised. My request went unanswered. I later learned they had been removed from multiple payment platforms including Whop.com and Stripe. When I contacted these payment processors directly in October 2025, I was informed they could no longer process refunds for this program due to account issues.
I cannot recommend this program to anyone seeking legitimate AI business training. Based on my experience from March through October 2025, it failed to deliver on all key promises while charging $20,000 that I now deeply regret paying. That money could have funded actual growth in my business.
