Victim Story #89
AI Agency Mastermind Scam: How I Lost $20,000
After sinking $20,000 into AI Agency Mastermind on January 12, 2025, I spent three frustrating months trying to extract any value from this program. When I finally pursued a refund on April 7, I hit a wall of disturbing revelations. Both Stripe and Whop.com informed me that AI Agency Mastermind had been kicked off their platforms. Stripe's compliance team didn't mince words in their April 10 email: the organization had violated terms of service due to “a pattern of customer complaints and misrepresentation claims.“ Similarly, a Whop.com rep told me on April 15 that after their internal review uncovered numerous policy violations, they'd removed the program entirely. My path to recovering funds through normal channels had vanished.
The daily coaching calls—supposedly the backbone of this expensive package—were a disaster. Between January 15 and March 30, I meticulously documented 27 no-shows with zero notice. Another 14 calls were randomly rescheduled to times that clashed with my work schedule. The reliability I'd paid for simply didn't exist.
Their much-touted “active 24/7“ Discord support? Complete radio silence. I posted specific implementation questions on February 2, February 17, March 5, and March 22. Nothing. Not a single response. Other members faced the same void. Looking closer at the community, I noticed something odd—most “engagement“ came from accounts with cookie-cutter names and generic profile pictures posting vague, positive comments without ever engaging in actual conversations. It felt manufactured rather than genuine.
The training materials I received access to on January 13 were disappointingly basic. Their supposedly “proprietary“ prompt engineering module contained information identical to what I'd seen in free YouTube tutorials from channels like “AI Explained.“ Their “exclusive“ client acquisition strategies turned out to be rudimentary cold email templates lacking any innovative approaches. Despite promises of “constantly updated content,“ I tracked the course library from January through April—not a single new module or update appeared during that entire period.
My attempts at communication went nowhere. Between January and June 2025, I sent 14 emails to Wyatt and Carson seeking support and clarification on what my $20,000 had actually purchased. Not one received a reply. I also sent 23 direct Discord messages between February 2 and June 15, all of which were read but never answered. When I tried attending the scheduled accountability sessions on February 10, March 3, and April 7, nobody from leadership bothered to show up, despite these being advertised as a key program component.
My efforts to pursue legal action hit another roadblock. My attorney conducted a thorough search in May 2025 and couldn't locate any registered business entity associated with AI Agency Mastermind to name in legal proceedings. The $20,000 I transferred on January 12, 2025, seems to have disappeared into an entity that grossly misrepresented their services—an entity now banned from multiple payment platforms according to what their representatives directly told me.
