Victim Story #99
My Honest Review: I Lost $20,000 to AI Agency Mastermind
After weeks of exhaustive searching, I hit a wall - no trace of a legitimate legal entity for AI Agency Mastermind anywhere. God, was I frustrated. I spent countless hours throughout April 2025, following my hefty $20,000 purchase back in mid-February, desperately trying to track down their official business registration. I left no stone unturned. State business registries? Checked. Better Business Bureau? Contacted them. I even went as far as hiring a private investigator who specializes in business verification - not cheap, by the way. Nothing. Zilch. No corporate entity, no LLC, not even a basic partnership registration on file anywhere. This black hole of information made pursuing a refund for my twenty grand nearly impossible. The payment had gone through their temporary processor, and when I approached my bank about a potential chargeback, they needed business registration details I simply couldn't provide. The whole situation stank of poor operational transparency, especially for a business charging such substantial amounts for their supposed services.
Their “daily coaching calls“ were a joke. Between February and July, I counted 45 scheduled calls on my calendar. Out of those, a whopping 32 were either cancelled at the last minute or rescheduled to times that directly conflicted with my work schedule. On the rare occasions when calls actually happened, they were slashed from the promised hour to brief 15-20 minute conversations filled with vague, cookie-cutter advice that completely missed addressing my specific business questions.
The Discord support they'd raved about? Practically a ghost town. Over six months, I posted 27 detailed questions about implementing AI strategies for client acquisition. Twenty-two of them disappeared into the void - completely unanswered. The five that did get responses came back with unhelpful, generic answers after waiting anywhere from 5 to 14 days. Something felt off about the community itself, too. After spending months there, I noticed strange conversation patterns from profiles with zero personal details. My attempts to connect with other members privately went nowhere - not a single response. It made me wonder if there were actual humans behind those accounts at all.
Accountability from leadership was non-existent. When May rolled around (my third month in the program), I requested the progress review call that had been promised in their sales materials. What followed was two months of weekly follow-ups through every channel imaginable - emails, Discord DMs, even messages on their Facebook page. I meticulously documented 17 separate attempts to reach Wyatt and Carson. Complete radio silence.
Their supposedly “exclusive, proprietary training“ turned out to be nothing special - just generic content I later found freely available online. Their hyped “AI Prompt Engineering Masterclass“ contained identical information to YouTube tutorials anyone could watch for free. The “proprietary client acquisition system“ was basically standard cold email templates with barely any AI implementation. Despite promises of constantly updated material, nothing had been refreshed since January 2025 - before I even purchased. By March, when I tried using their recommended AI tools, many were already outdated and non-functional.
Implementation help? Forget about it. Between March and July, I sent 12 detailed emails and 8 Discord direct messages asking for clarification on their agency setup process. Not one received a response. The “priority support“ channel I was given access to after paying $20,000 might as well have been a black hole. I took screenshots and noted dates for each ignored outreach attempt.
I had to discover on my own that they'd been removed from both Whop.com and Stripe. In June, I directly contacted these payment processors. The Whop representative confirmed via email that AI Agency Mastermind had been suspended due to “an unusually high rate of refund requests and multiple complaints about service misrepresentation.“ Stripe told a similar story, stating they'd terminated the merchant account for “violation of terms regarding service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.“
From February through August 2025, I documented everything - starting with the initial $20,000 payment through to the complete absence of delivered services. The “done-for-you“ components they promised, which justified that steep price tag, never materialized. I've tried every legitimate avenue to recover my investment, but without a proper legal entity to take action against, my options have been severely limited.
